Order Processing

All orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on the size of the order, event requirements, and delivery location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible non-perishable products, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided
